BagSuite includes both BagScan and BagTrail and offers users a comprehensive, accurate, user-friendly, scalable, and cost effective baggage information monitoring solution. This suite of integrated technology and services tracks and traces baggage from check-in until final delivery.

Its two separate modules can be implemented individually or together:

BagScan, the baggage reconciliation system (BRS) quickly and efficiently locates customers’ missing luggage. It instantly identifies off-loaded baggage to insure compliance with international security regulations. BagScan reduces the number of lost and mishandled bags while increasing percentage of on-time departures.

BagTrail, the baggage management system (BMS) provides accurate baggage tracking from check-in at the departure airport to baggage claim at the final destination. Its proactive management of baggage improves passenger satisfaction by reducing the percentage of lost baggage in the airline network.

PAXTrack provides real-time passenger tracking information from point of origin to final destination. Recent initiatives in the European Union and United States require that airports and airlines better serve special needs passengers including the disabled and unaccompanied minors.
